We enjoyed the location. It was fun to take the ferry which only took 2 minutes to get across the river.

The location was outstanding on the River. I was disappointed with the lack of something from the hotel as they knew we were celebrating our anniversary and my wife's birthday in successive days. The room had a loud knock in the heating and cooling system that was truly annoying. The Bar was totally intolerable from the construction. The beds were comfortable but pillows need improved. Booking.com did not let us know that the second night would be a different charge than the first night. This was most frustrating

The king size bed was very comfortable and the view of downtown Savannah was amazing. It was also nice to be able to go to the lobby, get some Starbucks, and relax outside in the morning with the breeze from the river.

Our receptionist upgraded our room to a Riverview. We were beyond thankful! We loved the complementary cookies upon check in and the s’mores after dinner by the fire pit. We loved the photo backdrop/spot in the lobby and took a great picture there. The gift shop was cute and convenient. The ferry to the Riverwalk was perfect. The views were amazing and we loved the essential oils in our room to help us sleep better at night! I highly recommend this resort.

The staff and facilities were awesome! Very clean and so pretty! Everyone was friendly and so accommodating! Special shout-out to Mr. Rosenberg who worked very hard to accommodate us for our trip.
